General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead Mahogany Bay Resort, an exceptional resort destination in Belize and part of Curio Collection by Hilton.

The General Manager will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the property, driving operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. This role will work closely with ownership, Hotel Equities CALA, Hilton, and the property leadership team to strengthen the resort’s positioning and deliver an authentic and memorable guest experience.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader,   preferably within upscale, luxury, or resort environments.
• Strong operational and financial management skills, with a results-driven mindset. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams. 
• Strong understanding of guest experience, service excellence, and brand standards. 
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to drive revenue and profitability. 
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience working with internationally recognized hotel brands preferred. 
• Ability to lead in a dynamic, multicultural, and destination resort environment.
