Responsible for leading the hotel’s maintenance operations, ensuring the proper functionality, safety, and upkeep of all facilities, equipment, and building systems. Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinates vendors, manages work orders and priorities, and ensures compliance with Hampton/Hilton standards and safety requirements. Works closely with the General Manager and operational teams to minimize disruptions and maintain the property in optimal condition.
